Manual harvesting, it is a carbonic maceration (lasting 6 to 8 days) in vats.

Maturing the Bottle
Maturing 2 to 4 months with tile fine lees in "Foudre" and vats. The wine is bottled at the Domaine.

Tasting
Superb red with purple-bhle tints, thc bouquet is intense, aromas of small fruit with a floral touch. It is a simple and pleasurable wine, perfectly famous for whetting the appetite. Serve it slightly chilled to accentuate its refreshing qualities, with "hors d'oeuvres", cheese, "charcuteries", or indeed at any time simply for pleasure.
