Ernest Rapeneau - Brut - Rosé 750ml-R340.00

Magnum of Ernest Rapeneau Grande Reserve -N.V - 1.5L-R620.00

This Champagne has a wide appeal. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are equal partners with the latter bestowing a feminine, fruity character to the Champagne in its youth - perfect for lovers of exhuberantly-styled Champagnes. With age the Pinot Noir comes to the fore imparting a firmer structure and fuller flavour. An excellent reason to buy more than one case!

Blend:
1/3 Chardonnay
White grapes which bring the wine its lightness, freshness and elegance.
1/3 Pinot Meunier
Black grapes which gives the fruity taste and the youth to the wine.
1/3 Pinot Noir
Black grape source of the wine's body and aging.

Aspect:
Light and elegant colour, fine bubbles, persistent foam ring.

Nose:
Floral notes (white flowers and fresh fruit).

Mouth:
This wine is straight and frank and you can taste the floral nose. It is well balanced.

Serving and Storing:
Best stored at cool temperatures, sheltered from fluctuating temperatures and light, Champagne is served chilled, often ice-cold when circumstances require it (a hot environment which will quickly raise its temperature).

It may be served in a coupe, or preferably in a fluted glass which will preserve its effervescence longer and present its aromas to best advantage.

Available Sizes:
750ml - R290.00
Rosé - R340.00
Magnum - R620.00
